What Is The Quality Of Your Fabric Like? 

We use high quality fabrics for each of our garments. Each design is applied using either high quality screen printing, heat press or embroidery. We make sure that the highest level of quality control and care is put into each design and garment that we make.  

Please use the correct washing and care methods to ensure the longevity of your items. Wash and Care instructions HERE. 

Where can I find sizing information? 

All of our sizing information can be found HERE

"Width" is the horizontal width across the garment from the base of one sleeve (armpit) to the other.
"Length" is the vertical length of the garment measured from highest point all the way down to the bottom.

Shipping & Delivery

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

We ship worldwide. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipment & processed.

  • Australia: Avg. 3 - 10 business days (after fulfilment/please take Australia Post shipping delays into consideration.)
  • New Zealand: Avg. 10 -15 business days (after fulfilment).
  • Asia: Avg. 10 - 25 business days (after fulfilment).
  • Rest of the world: Avg. 20 - 25 business days (after fulfilment).

How Much Does Shipping Cost? 

All AUS orders of $150 or more are automatically eligible for free standard shipping. All other orders are subject to shipping charges. 

Australia: $10 - $15

New Zealand: $25 - $35

Asia: $30 - $50

North America: $40 - $60

United Kingdom: $40 - $60

How Do I Track My Order? 

After we have sent your order, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via email/text. You can then use that code to track exactly where your order stands. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds? 

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

My item doesn't fit right, can I exchange for a new size? 

Of course! If you need a new size, contact us at contact@soytoyclub.com Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

I haven't received my order, what should I do? 

You should always receive a tracking code from AUS POST via email/text. Your local post office may be behind on shipments. Allow 2 to 5 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. If your order still has not shown up at your door, contact your local post office. They should be able to trace your order. If neither of those options work, contact us via email contact@soytoyclub.com and we will find out what happened and correct the situation for you.

My item was received damaged, what should I do? 

We're so sorry to hear that! Send us pictures to verify the problem and notify us as soon as you receive your item, at contact@soytoyclub.com We will send you a new item(s).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not been fulfilled, which typically takes 2-3 days, so email us immediately using "URGENT" in the subject line!
