Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.


REFUNDS

Refund Requirements:

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
  • Product is defective
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Refund is to be issued via same tender that purchase was made
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected.

If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind. 


EXCHANGES

Full Price Items:

If you receive your order and find that the product does not fit correctly, you can exchange the product for a different size (excludes SALE Products) provided the item is in like-new* condition.
  • Product can not be damaged
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be in like-new condition
    • Garment can not be washed as this voids product being new
    • No stains or damages
    • Product must contain all tags attached
    • Product can not be stretched or shrunk in any way
    • Product must be in a re-sellable condition

Sale and Clearance Items:

Purchase of Sale Items are final and no returns or refunds will be issued.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.
If garment are received damaged, we reserve the right not to exchange or refund the product.
