During particularly busy periods - Black Friday, December, the launch of a new collection etc. please allow extra time for items to be dispatched. Express post is still dispatched with priority.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
All Australia orders of $150 or more are automatically eligible for free standard shipping.
Australia has a flat rate shipping of $10 for Standard Post or $15 for Express Post.
All international orders are subject to varying shipping charges.
How Do I Track My Order?
After we have sent your order, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via email.
You can then use that code to track where your order is. For any inquiries, please contact your local postal service with the Australia Post Tracking Number provided in the email.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
You will receive an email from us with an Aus Post Tracking Number once your order has been sent. Please check your emails for this to follow up on your delivery.
If you can't find your tracking number or have any questions, please reach out to us and we'll gladly help track it down for you!

My item was received damaged, what should I do?
If it appears the parcel was damaged in transit, please contact your local post office to lodge a claim with them.
In the event a product arrives and you believe it is defective, refer to our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES page for more information.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Immediately email customercontact@soytoyclub.com using "URGENT" in the subject line!
